***UPDATE***
After racking my head for months I finally just installed my 1450cc injectors and the car ran flawlessly. This led me to believe that the 2000's were bad. I reached out to XDI (great customer service btw) and they asked me to blow compressed air through them to see if they were stuck ...

Re: HPFP Command issue on start up
@jeffx Here is a logged drive. I never see a fuel status 8 but the pump goes crazy from time to time.
As for as the in tank pump, she's flowing good. I have an AEM FP gauge inside the car that tracks a fluctuating 65-75psi while driving. I haven't driven long enough to get to a different fuel ...

Re: HPFP Command issue on start up
There are no additional 'hidden' tables which can be used. You cannot compare operation running Hondata injectors with the XDI injectors are the spray patterns are completely different. I believe your approach should be to correct the closed loop operation first - fuel pressures need to be in the ...

Re: HPFP Command issue on start up
Correct, fuel status 8 didn't pop up on the first log I posted. Here is the one that I sent them. I have a new o2 on the way to test out the first theory. I did think that perhaps my MAF sensor or the one in the throttle body had gone bad as well since the IATs are read from there. I didnt want to ...

Re: HPFP Command issue on start up
I have. They mention perhaps a table that isn't exposed and they see a "fuel status of 8" for open loop error. That doesn't make sense because there are folks with my setup using Hondata just fine unless there's specific Tuners that have the "hidden" tables on a different version not available to ...

HPFP Command issue on start up
I have been trying to fix an issue where from a cold start, the car commands 2896.11 fuel pressure which seems to be choking the car. I get multiple cylinder misfires. If I hold the gas down during the first minute of warm up, the car does not misfire nor do I get ANY CELs. Fuel Mods below. ANyone ...

Re: xdi 2000cc injectors
My tuner did. I got it as far as I could but still had a drop. The secret is definitely in the PID’s. Look at the FL5 map and the settings for Full race.

Re: xdi 2000cc injectors
I logged a 20 minute drive. I stayed as steady as possible on throttle like you mentioned. My L.Trim was a consistent -6-7% through the entire MAF curve for idle and part throttle operation. I traced it and made sure it hit all of the AFM voltages before I made the change. I reduced my MAF curve by ...

Re: xdi 2000cc injectors
So looks like that split injection table is turned off but I mirrored the normal table. Once everything was good, now my L.Trim is pulling about 6-7% fuel across the board. I made adjustments to the AFM table since it was literally all idle and part throttle by about 4% to see if it comes closer to ...

Re: xdi 2000cc injectors
Roger. I did just that and got idle inline with spec. Now my part throttle still needs help so I'll keep at it. Should I adjust the "split injection" table in the same manner as my other 2 tables?
