Okay.... sorry for not providing this before. The dash is out in order to install new A/C components, and I have the dash harness and cluster in temporary positions, and no steering wheel. I don't like to start the engine with the wheel off. Anyway, I thought I tested this with the engine running ...

I have a 90 Miata with a K24A2 swapped in. I'm putting in an A/C system from K-Power, and I'm having problems with the ground signal to the relay that turns the condenser fan and compressor clutch on.
