You didn't order for an 8th gen Civic, as that is a different gasket that is no longer available. Your order was for gasket that fits a 2002-2006 RSX, not for the K20z3 for the 06 Civic SI.
Okay I get it, that's my fault. But what can I do to fix this problem? If you don't know or if you want me ...

Re: Hondata intake manifold plastic gasket?
It was the correct gasket for what you originally said you ordered, but not for your application.

But you just said it was the correct gasket for the 8th gen civic si.You ordered the incorrect gasket, and we no longer have the gasket you need for this as they have been discontinued.

Re: Hondata intake manifold plastic gasket?
Post a picture of the cylinder head
Okay so this is an extra RBC-1 cylinder head I had laying around luckily. I circled it in red to make absolutely sure this is from the 8th gen civic Si (2006-2011) K20z3 engine .

Re: Hondata intake manifold plastic gasket?
That is the correct gasket for an 8th Gen Civic SI.
Hi Spunkster,
But that's not what I'm asking. My question is how can I put this gasket on if there's a section of coolant on the cylinder head and the intake? In other words, by applying this gasket, there's no gasket around the channels where ...

Hondata intake manifold plastic gasket?
I tried to put this on but found out it's completely missing the section of the coolant passage to my cylinder head. If I were to put this one the coolant would just spill out on my 8th gen civic Si RBC-1 Cylinder head.
How exactly would I put this plastic gasket on if there's a 5mm gap there? What ...

Re: p0101 error in MAP tuning only
This morning I did an exhaustive redo. If tl;dr I apologize in advance and I'll say all 3 AFM based tuning test drives for 20-25 minutes yielded no P0101 error codes or other errors. When I change to MAP based, even with Air Flow updated values I get P0101 Error code in just a couple minutes of ...

Re: p0101 error in MAP tuning only
I thought of something. I just saw this help section page here.

helpSection.jpg
If I'm in MAP tuning does this section 'Tuning Air Flow' still require tuning as well? If so... I'll try to tune it.
From my P0101 error datalog I posted. I got this XYgraph

Re: Altering the Crank Pulley Weight
Your engine might get more rumbles... probably knock sensor would go off a lot more.
I have a smaller crank pulley as well but it's just as heavy. FD2 rrc crank pulley. I do have an FD2 lightweight flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch disc and just that alone makes my knock count go up whenever i ...

Re: p0101 error in MAP tuning only
What happens if you leave the AFM enabled as well?
It works fine. It would just be in hybrid mode that's all, but I don't want to do that. In fact I want to do the AFM removal mod from Flashpro's Help section here:

Hi spunkster,
I’m using OEM intake tube and airbox.
And yes, the MAF sensor is still plugged in.

p0101 error in MAP tuning only
Is there some kind of hint to know when exactly this happens under MAP tuning? I've swapped ECU's, I've changed throttle bodies like 6 times now, even the throttle body gaskets, over 50 different calibrations and all sorts of combinations in between but I'm just at a loss here.
