vtec will engauge, another dealer thinks its a bad ecu but i don't have another car to test in. would the p06 be the wrong ecu for my car, hondata doesn't list it under search by vehicle, wasn't sure cause i bought it from a Hondata dealer with the s300 all ready installed so i didn't think he would have sold me the wrong one

I'm using the s300 in a p06(92-95 civic dx non-vtec)ecu, in my 00 civic si(b16), i'm having trouble with the iac valve working, i checked the wire from the iac to the ecu harness, had no bracks in it and with the stock (p2t)ecu in, it works fine. If anyone has had this problem or any tips please help.
