can i leave the other settings untouched

so i should use the b16greddy calibration versus the p30 calibration,after i change that then what do i put for all the rest of the settings

can i get some help asap. i have rc550 saturated injectors and im tryin g to figure out how to set them up on the s300. i have put 550 in both spots for injector size now i dont know what else to do like the overall fuel trim,cranking fuel trim,and throttle tip in trim. also what do i put in for the ...

so all i have to do is put what size cc injectors i have in ther and that it i dont have to figure out any of the fuel %'s or anything else?
