I have datalog with AF ratio @ 13.5:1 - no bid difference though. about the ignition - this comes with hondata calibration for ITBs

Sounds like your alpha-n settings are wrong and it thinks the engine is far more loaded than it is perhaps? What base map did you use? Does this itb setup have a vacuum manifold on one cylinder?

What do you mean? We have not touched the camshafts. We only put on the ITBs.

-Cams IPS K2.
-dual valve spring Crower and titanium retainers
-chain tensioner Toda Racing
-TWM ITB 52mm setup
-Toda Racing header and Supersprint catback
-Hondata K Pro with PRB ECU
-headgasket Hondata

The point is that you shift @ 7500 and it drops bellow 6500 for sure, so it's fine to switch into high cams.
But the second gear will 7500 and high cams are switching, what that will be?

Yes, I know the peak power will like @ 7000RPM, but the main question is it safe?

Hi! Just wanted to ask if it is safe to set minimum speed for VTEC operation @ 60kph for not to switching into high cams on the 1st gear for good start, and go for 2nd gear and high cam start to operate?
