Then why do some PRB Kpro V3's have it and others do not? My friend's Kpro does not have it and most others don't either. I have only found one picture online with the resistor and pads jumped. Most do not. It will help me narrow down if the high idle is a bad ECU or bad Kpro.

I looked through as many pictures as I could find online of the PRB with the Kpro V3 and most do not have a resistor or jumper. I did however find one. It leaves me confused.
