I am using Hondata Version 3 and serial number is s300-11,762What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?

Hello,
I’ve had reaccuring issues with my s300 not connecting to Smanager, it lights up green indicating it’s getting power. And then the laptop pops up with unknown usb device windows error code 43.
