how do i fix the fuel trim issue would i just have too take it to a tuner?

I used pb blaster honestly that would be it cause it was steaming from where i added it but idk i was just honestly tripping and scared i messed up something how can i fix the MAF issue?

this is after i reflashed to basic basemap with stock turbo limts

I uninstalled my inlet pipe and i put it back together and when i started my car white smoke was coming from the exhaust. i did a datalog can anyone help me read the datalog.
