So what would be the next step to making it Hondata compatible? Which parts will need to be purchased in order to get us tuning? Thanks In Advance.

Below are a few pics of a friends ecu. He had previously had it tuned by a person who is no longer available. He swears it is a Hondata programable ecu but I am unable to figure out the missing link to the programing side. I.e. there is no USB port or any such connection so how do I get it ...
