so what else would be causing the delay/hesitation on throttle?

Hey all. I am trying to figure out an issue. I have a really nice build i did myself and have it running. I have a/f dialed in but i cannot advance distributor anymore. The trouble i am having is when i hit throttle it hesitates. If i full throttle it, it wants to die. btw this is an h22 in a lude ...
