Re: Stock B20VTEC has very rich idle
I’ve tried base maps as well as maps from the vault people had luck with with stock injectors and I’ve always had this rich idle. I was thinking about trying another set of oem injectors I think I have some lying around. When I adjust trim I take away about 25-30% overall fuel and it goes to like ...

Re: Stock B20VTEC has very rich idle
My bad man I never saw this response. But yes I have an aem wideband with the white wire going into D10 ELD with the resistors cut and my parameter is set to look for it at D10. I’ve tried a bunch of tunes and basemaps all of which do the same thing. It idles at straight 10 and if I slowly push the ...

Stock B20VTEC has very rich idle
I have a fully rebuilt B20VTEC, stock block, B16 head, stock injectors, Edelbrok performer x manifold, 70mm throttle body and a high flow fuel rail. Relatively light build. I tried a stock b16 base map, stock Integra type r base map and I believe even a GSR base map all of which gave me a 10 AFR ...

Re: Wideband not reading correctly
What sensor are you using? Never seen one where the plug is able to be plugged in wrong. Have you tried a new sensor?
I wanna say it’s a Bosch? It’s an AEM wideband kit but the sensor went bad and I matched it up at autozone I think. It was a while back but it worked as long as it was plugged I ...

Re: Wideband not reading correctly
I’m connected to D10 my bad. E10 was a typo. I Depinned D10 and then ran my wideband into D10 and on the data logging window I think it was I selected I was running a wideband instead of a narrowband and that my wideband was in D10

Wideband not reading correctly
I recently got my build up and running for the most part but I noticed as it runs my AFR goes from about 14.7 slowly down to 10 and a steady pace no matter how much or how little throttle I give it. If I flip the plug (the plug can go in either way and if it’s upside down it’s been known to give me ...

Wire in knock sensor for obd2a/ P28 S300
I have an OBD2A harness with a jumper for a P28 for my new B20VTEC. I have a knock sensor on the back of the block but my harness didn’t have a plug for it. I would like to run it if possible but need to know which pin it goes to and how to wire it. I wanna say I heard it was D3 but can’t find a ...

Awesome, I already NBC it the resistors this morning and tomorrow I’ll depin ELD and put the wideband in that spot. Thanks for all your help 🤙

Re: Always good to remove R136 and R138?
Actually I do have one more question. Since I’m OBD2A with an obd1 jumper harness it looks like I go into D16 on my harness. Am I removing the existing pin and only running my wideband to it or am I splicing my wideband wire into the existing d16 wire and having both go to D16 pin?

Re: Always good to remove R136 and R138?
If that’s the case I might just cut them and use D10 from the start. Would you happen to know what those traitors are for exactly? Like what am I technically losing by cutting those?

Re: Always good to remove R136 and R138?
QUICK UPDATE: I just realized I failed to mention and take into acccount it’s an OBD2A harness out of a 96-98 civic and I use a jumper to plug into my p28 S300. So basically, should I go right to cutting the resistors and going into the ELD pin (I believe D16 on my harness) or try the primary O2 ...

Always good to remove R136 and R138?
Title basically says it all. I have an S300 and will be running a B20V. I run a wideband and I have power from the fuse box and ground against the chassis and want to wire signal into D14 or D10 but my resistors aren’t cut. I don’t have a problem cutting them but as of now I haven’t run into an ...
