2004 honda civic EX, only modification is cold air intake tune is stock.
ECU was bench tested by hondata a few months ago and tested good.
S/N on the ECU is 05004244

D17 wont rev above 3000 RPM
My D17 wont rev above 3000RPM. I don't think this is a ECU issue... but cannot figure out why. No CEL. Sorry the file is 20 minutes long. If anyone sees any issues as to why please comment. Thank You. Eric

I shipped to Hondata, they bench tested and tested in a vehicle with no issues… this helped me narrow down the issue. I knew the O2 sensor (it was a new sensor) was good and the ECU was getting a signal from the O2 sensor, after more research the O2 sensor that the auto parts store sold was ...

The steps being… replacing the O2 sensor, which has been done to no change. I verified that the O2 sensor has a voltage to the ECU (as shown in the picture with the multi meter) next step replace the ECU?

Voltage on connector A pin 6, it does change if you press the throttle.

I have a 2004 Honda civic with a stick tune, the primary O2 sensor shows no input to the ECU. I have replaced the O2 sensor with no results. I have verified the there is good continuity from the O2 sensor to the ECU as well as voltage from the O2 sensor. Car obviously runs poor as the A/F does not ...
