Have you tried datalogging in SManager and see if it reads higher there?


I don't have a laptop unfortunately, I would have to haul my desktop out to my shop to try it, but I noticed the other day it's reading to 175 now then stops, I have no idea what changed I think it was right after I tried ...

With the key in the on position but not running, will datalogging stay connected?



Where is datalogging? You mean like the graphing tab? I'd be happy to try wherever it is.

Did anyone ever figure out the cause? I'm having the same problem, it connects great but then freezes right around 2 minutes in every time, I tried both Bluetooth 3 and 4 but both do it. The capacitors on my ecu were replaced as well when I upgraded. Also, I love the fuel mileage feature but ...

Update: I found the sensor settings in the hondata app, coolant temp sensor 1 and 2 are both set at min 0 and max 300 (imperial) and ect correction is -100 and 100 respectively.

I'm not sure how to check the settings, would that be in the hondata app or in the manager?

The car is a del sol with b18c, p72 ecu with hondata s300 v3.

I just downloaded the hondata app and I love it, however I noticed on my coolant temp it reads fine and increases up to 160 but once it reaches that temp it stays locked there as if can't read higher, any ideas why? The temp gauge on my cluster looks normal (not reading cold).

I just got my ecu back, everything looks great and you all had super fast service! The car runs so I'm guessing you were able to download my old tune off the S300 green board and upload to the new V3 but out of an abundance of caution I plan on uploading the original tune file to it, but I'm ...

Wonderful, thank you. Oh and this is just a curiosity but does the car battery power keep the chip powered and or assist it? I read that leaving a car without battery power tends to speed up the chips internal battery failure and I was kinda curious why.

Hey, I tried searching but couldn't find an answer, I have an s300 v1 that I would like to upgrade to s300 v3 but want to know if you guys are able to transfer my current tune to the new unit? It's functional btw, the battery hasn't died yet but it's been like 11 years so it's due I think.
