What about in terms of engine reliability? Tuning won’t decrease the engine life?

I've got a newbie question here. So, I'm pretty new when it comes to tuning, but I'm planning to tweak my 2017 Honda Civic RS with a 1.5-liter turbo using the Hondata Flashpro. Once I get it installed, do I need to swap out any of the stock parts, especially if I'm cranking up the boost to 6 psi ...
