I’ve sent the fp in by now and the tech support has verified the unit to be operational and advised me to check for an issue with something grounding to the diagnostic port

It causes the software to lag on my windows 10 but once I unplug the flashpro lagginess instantly goes away and once I let it cool it functions normally till she over heats again.
