It will not run until you get the key an immobilizer matched to the new ecu.

I am in the same situation that I might buying a 05 Type-S reflahsed from other memeber and probably going to rematch the key and immobilizer at the dealer. (this member is going to include the receipt of the reflash ...

I have similar question too. Yeah issue is RSX-S
I have 05 RSX-S and I am thinking to buy 06 RSX-S Reflashed ECU from someone. so, Is this going to work on my car? as long as i get Key & Immobilizer matched at dealership? is there going to be any problems w/ this ECU on my car?
