5-6k i've tried more or less same result?

I cant seem to build a lot of boost (maybe 2-3psi) I've tried different settings with the fuel enrich and ign retard but same thing. The only way I can get it to build boost is if I pre-load

I also noticed that the revs are far apart, is there any way to shorten the revs? It doesnt crackle or pop ...
