yes tried wifi and cable connections , any ideas on possible solutions?

connected to the car and ran a datalog doesnt seem to be a hardware issue, just disconnects once the manager tries to update the firmware

tried restarting after each reinstall

noticed once the firmware update starts the usb light on the flashpro turns off and the power blinks

Negative, says to disconnect from port so I just have the usb to computer in.

Trying to update the firmware for my Flashpro ,but every time I connect the usb the software crashes saying not responding. Left it for an hour waiting for it to possibly start working but no result , even after a reinstall I had the same issue again. Any ideas of how to resolve this? I know this ...
