2007 Honda accord euro ecu reflash

Hello
I have been looking to get my 2007 Honda Accord Euro (k24A3) ecu re flashed, I was quoted upwards of 2000AUD, which is ridiculous. Just wondering what the best/cheapest way to go about re flashing the ecu is.
