Is a 02 sensor needed if I’m running a base tune on open loop. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Will a base tune even work on open loop? Due to no tuning and no adjustments

I’m not sure. It ran fine before I let the car sit for Probaly 2 months. I noticed today as it starts breaking up and misfiring that the cel will come on and in smanager it’ll say 13 new cel for about a second then it goes away

It worked just fine with my b20 b3 that was in it
It also is flashing a red light I don’t have another vehicle sadly to test it with

I just did a b18a1 swap on my crx I loaded up the p74 calibration on my s300 and it will idle then whenever you use any throttle it won’t go and dies and I have 16 errors in smanager all sensors
