The ECU looks good and I bought it last week and the guy put it in his Integra and it ran. Is there a way to test the ECU?

No I tried rebooting it. Im going to try heating all the joints adn see if theres some connection issue on the trace after that I dont know much else I can do. Is there a spacific order to hooking everything up because im connecting ecu to wiring the harness then turning the ignition on then ...

I checked all the solder joints with a multimeter and the other end of the trace so it went through the solder then copper trace to wherever the signal goes and I found only one that wasnt connecting good on the 4 pin the ground one that goes to the bigger trace so I resoldered it and checked it ...
