In the wondows device manager what does the K-Pro show up as when you plug the USB cable in?

USB->Serial

This is how it was with the 1.5.1 software but I was able to see the ECU, datalog, load my kal, etc..

not really, if I uninstall the latest and install the older one it doesn't work either.

Yep, we tried it on another laptop and it works fine. I can install an older version of KManager like... 1.0.5 or something and it works fine without the ECU drivers. Very odd, but as soon as I upgrade I lose the ability to use KManager.
