I have had similar issues with catalytic converters. Had a muffler shop install an OEM replacement converter on my 2000 civic Si, also with the Kamikaze header (2.5") collector, and a full 2.5" stainless steel exhaust.

My maximum PSI reading on my boost gauge at Wide Open Throttle would show 13 ...

Greddy gauges use a specific sensor for each type gauge. The most common issue is going to be the electrical connector / connection style from the sensor to the gauge where Greddy products will use a different style plug than what you will find from other manufacturers.

Just wanted to know if the Autometer Phantom Wideband Air Fuel Ratio Gauge Kit (Part Number 5778) is fully compatabile with the S300 for datalogging and tuning. If not, are there any brands / models that you suggest?

The belt size you will need is 40340, compared to the SIR / GSR / ITR pulley which requires a belt size of 40315.

You'll need a different belt. When I get off from work, I can look on my computer and give you the size.

A MAP Relocator is an adapter that fits between the throttle body and the OEM MAP Sensor. This allows the use of forced induction with the OEM MAP Sensor up to approximately 10 - 11 PSI.

If your JRSC is producing close to 10 PSI or more, it is safer and less problematic driving and for tuning ...

I am using a Honda P28 ECU with the Hondata S300 installed. Everything the car came with from the factory works fine, and the car ran better untuned on the S300 than it did with all the JRSC tricks and band aids. Once tuned, the car felt like it ...
