In summer for about 4-6 months, it stays between 20-30 degrees and max it has gone up this year was 32 degrees. Rest of the year, it stays cooler under 20 degrees and goes as low as negative -20

I live in toronto canada, it does not rain a lot here, however it snows a lot here. For new I will try to keep my short ram and replace the air filter for it and then get it fully etuned. Would full tune fix the heating problem while keeping the short ram intake and current setup?

Also, do you think installing a cold air intake or lifting the hood up slightly help with this heating issue?

I uploaded the new calibration and recorded a new datalog. The drive overall seems a little better than before but when I drive a little aggressively, the car seems to lose power especially in the first gear (Maybe the engine heats up or something, not too sure). Please see the new datalog ...
