TPS ignition Retard?

The Parameters of Compensation Retard the TPS ignition is there a particular reason for this?

Im not sure exactly why? the k24a2 maps is done like this. If you don't tune in a single gear or if you check it do a data log in a different year wouldn't ...

The K20a3 runs the economic vtec (as does the rsx base). The k20a2 (rsx s) (runs a full vtec).

You shouldn't have a problem with the toda cams. (the heads are the same with the exception of mild port and polish) Yet you should get a whole valve train spring and lifter assembley from a k20a2. as it ...

I used that its fine... the numbers I got from the pdf... and put into the formulas didn't work.... I adjusted and finally did end up using their hondata numbers.

Motorola 4 Bar Map Question

So I finally put a Motorola 4 bar on. Using Hondata help section I have caculated the Scalar at 826 and the offset at 162.

It Runs on .2 to 4.8 volts
and 20 to 400 kpa

Now the car runs real rich.... Did I do something wrong?

Lean Protection question.

I would like to use the lean protection setting. I have approximately 15+lbs supercharged k24a2 that I am street tuning.

I have just installed a 4 bar. The 2.5 bar didn't hack it.

my current settings are
max lam 13:1
engine load 8
trigger time 250ms

I am thinking that I should have a much longer ...

any plans to start supporting vista at 64 bit? .. I just bought a new laptop due to my old one dying..and ...thats what I got... Im fukt. I'd hate to buy another laptop just to tune..

many studies have been done to determine weather E85 is worth it.

www.fueleconomy.gov is one the government wants fuel efffeciency and less pollution... compare the fuel cost and numbers from vehicles that use e85 or regular fuels... the final value is always worse with E85.

and you have less ...

there is no savings in e85 unless your getting it dirt cheap... you get much worse fuel economy and less power

you can adjust the setting to read PSI instead of kpa. there is no hazard to run upper rpm if you have a the correct base tune with the right set up. You just wont have maxium power and effeciency.

following this same issue. I need a 3 or 4 bar map sensor and have a motorola also Hondata doesn't have settings for 3 or 4 or 5 bar motorola. I have the data sheet but don't see a direct corrolation to input into the scalar value and offset Hondata requires to make the map sensor work correct any ...
