Hey guys,
So about a year ago I was tuned, tuning seemed to go fine. We fine tuned some things and a few days later I noticed a knock at idle. This problem continued til I got a different tune. That tune seemed decent after a revision or two but still would get knock count about 50% of the time if ...

Re: Question about Knock Retard
Without examples of what you are describing, it's hard to speculate.
I can check my logs tonight and see if I show anything. But to try to describe it, say I am taking off on a hill, I may see KR go to around 2 degrees and then immediately goes to 0. I also see knock control moving down when I ...

Question about Knock Retard
Hey guys,
I am trying to make sense of how the user guide describes how you will see KR without any knock counts. When I read the knock control tables section it looks to me as if you must have knock happening you visually see it recorded. If the ECU applies a reduction in timing but no noise is ...

Can someone look at this and tell me what they think?
Hello,
I am using the "factory calibration" map as a basemap for a 2014 civic usdm si. I recently made this change due to getting some knock counts at idle to see if it was the previous tune or maybe something else. I flashed this and got a few less hiccups at first. After this we did a ...

Help! Knock control 100 and knock at idle
Hey guys,
Looking to see if anyone has any suggestions. I was recently tuned everything seemed fine then we went through and did a more in-depth tune to really polish it out and then all of sudden started getting knock occurrences at idle. I can drive around and don’t really see any knock but the ...

FLASHPRO DATALOGGING QUESTION
Hey guys,
Quick question for anyone who knows, if I was datalogging and forgot the stop the log but shut off the car could this harm anything? If it corrupted the log I don’t care too much but if it could have damaged the ecu or hondata I’d like to know.
Thank you

Re: Tuning help 2014 civic Si
Yes it eases my mind greatly. My anxiety stems from having diagnosed anxiety hahha, but when it comes to my car I am just in love with my cars, don't like when ANYTHING is off hahha. Seriously, I cannot thank you enough. I will keep my eye on the app and parameters, in the meantime EFICU, you are ...

Re: Tuning help 2014 civic Si
Hey sorry for the super delayed response,
Just confirming, I am on my way out to my car to load rev.5, this tune should have me safe enough to drive a decent amount correct? Or is this more of its good enough but will need further development.
Thank you,
Cody
