I'm thinking I may want even bigger injectors than the RDX's. I plan on being somewhere around 450whp.

I found the issue. The injectors they sent are for the R18. Ordering replacements now.

I used the preloaded "stock tuned" tune from Hondata, and I didn't have any check engine lights or misfires. I actually didn't have the issue before the injectors were replaced, and I just fixed the fuel rail bend. I am installing a race header, so the cat wont be an issue.What I'll probably do is tune the car back to stock, then go for a drive and see how it goes. Thank you for your help.

It is the stock fuel rail with no modifications, but it got bent a bit when replacing the injectors, so that I'm pretty sure less fuel was able to pass into the rail itself. I had the check engine light flash in atleast one of those 3rd gear pulls, I believe 3rd gear, around 7000 rpm and the light went away when I let off the throttle. That seems to be the time in which the misfire codes show up.

Can anyone help me tune my 2006 Civic SI? It is completely stock other than a K&N drop in airbox filter. I have a FlashPro and can take datalogs with no issue. Any help would be appreciated.
