The MAP sensor location is in intake manifold after the throttle body (Kmiata Intake manifold with machined port for MAP sensor). I have checked continuity of the ground and I am getting 5 volts on the power wire, I have not checked continuity from the signal to the ecu pin (I will look this up and ...

Looking more into this, on the datalog the MAP sensor value doesn't seem to be changing with RPMs. Does it look like a bad MAP sensor? I have another one ordered.
Attached image shows screenshot of the first datalog I attached. The map value is -16.6 PSI no matter the RPM.

I talked with them, they were not quite sure why its doing this. Even once I got the car back from them it was working correctly sitting at its commanded AFR. Now it is rich at all times, and throttle tip in the car almost stalls. When it gets revved up the AFRS go lean.

I just got my K24 turbo back from the dyno, my afr's are very rich. 11.5 on the stock wideband tsx and when I installed an AEM they were reading at 10.0. I also swapped another KPRO into the car and got the same results.
