I have a euro P28 (37820-P28-GO1) which I want to use with Hondata. Is there a difference between a european and US P28?

Conversion of euro PW0 to US PW0 / PR3
I'm using a B20VTEC in my euro CRX EE8 with a cloned Mugen chip. How can I convert my euro PW0 ECU to a US PW0 or PR3?
I have also a P28 ECU. Is it easier to convert to this ECU than changing the PW0 to a US model?
What will the gains probably be to switch to a Hondata Stage3 system over the cloned ...
