I have made all the changes you suggested listed below:
1) Add the 10% fuel trim to the fuel tables and set that trim to zero.
2) Set Overrun Fuel Cutoff(MAP) throttle .1% and delay 300ms.
3) Disabled the alternator control in Misc.
