Thanks for the reply, I'll go ahead and double check for vacuum leaks but i'd like to make note that this car had no issues idling when running on stock ECU. I've provided two different datalogs, a 10 minute from cold start, and 15 min of casual driving at temp. Thanks! :D

As the title goes, need help with a tune to get my 03 Type S K20A2 running right.

Issues are as follows:
-High idle from cold start, sits at 2,000RPM for 1.5minutes then slowly idles down to 1,000RPM-800RPM (Idle Set at 750)
-MOST TIMES when coming to a stop, with the clutch pushed in/in neutral ...

This is why you need to test the ECU in a known working vehicle, as you have altered the wiring in your vehicle and after doing this it is not running as it should.

Most likely it has to do with removing the wiring. If there were T-taps, then the wire may be damaged internally and no longer making contact.

We test all ECU's when we install the K-Pro and if there is any issue we would know then. What did you do to the car while it was sitting waiting to get the ECU back?

I would recommend that you try your ECU on a known working vehicle and see if it runs as it should. It sounds like there could be some issue on your vehicle that is causing this.

I also keep forgetting to mention this and keep forgetting myself but the car ran absolutely fine, no quirks, nothing for 9+ months prior to me installing KPro. It's the exact same ECU, motor, and modifications. All that's changed is that now the ECU has Kpro on it.

It should not be wet.

So I will be a bit delayed on the response because as I was removing the IACV one of the 2 bolts that secure that IACV to the Throttle Body broke... So I'm stuck trying to find a solution to this NEW problem or i'm going to have to buy a new throttle body :/

Try cleaning the idle controller first and see if that resolves the issue.
