Fair enough, would be interesting though to know whats the real difference between rsx-s maps and euro ctr maps since the engine and transmission should be the same. So that one could warn others since this is something that is widely spread amongst professional hondata tuners and providers.

Anyways, i just installed the PRB Ecu with usdm kpro and the denso wideband o2 sensor wich i was told is supposed to be the same as the original rsx-s acura one (even though it does not have the honda part number, but then again, it even says denso on the honda one so im certain its the same thing ...

As mentioned i got the following installed:
Mugen air intake
Fujitsubo 2,5" catback
Toda race header 4-2-1 without cat

The car is a euro civic type-r but its got the PRB (USDM RSXS) ECU, Denso (OEM) wideband lambda with K-Pro. This since the euro ECU doesnt support wideband.

Need suggestions on ...

would it be impossible to use the PRB without replacing the narrowband o2 with a wideband? Problem is that the company i bought the denso OEM wideband cant deliver for a month :( and im taking the car to a trackmeet before that time. (got a euro type-r and i have bought a usdm PRB ecu with kpro).

i just know that alot of people in europe (the ctr people often use the usdm rsxs ecu to be able to tune themselves, its supposed to be impossible to do correctly with the narrowband ecu/sensors) get check cell light when inserting the usdm k-pro rsxs combo. Perhaps this is when they dont get the ...

Im planning on getting a K-pro, only thing is that i have some questions i havent found any real answer to:

- do you remove the immobilizer function when installing a k-pro with ecu?
