Well fixing ground didn't change the situation much and the pulley setup was still in the FSM's allowed tension limit so I didn't change it. Finally had my battery checked again and they said it was just about toast.

Bought a new battery and all the occasional bogs disappeared completely ...

sorry for the overload in questions. :P

Another thing I was suggested was my pulley setup. I am not running the stock pulley belt as I have no a/c on my k24a2. I was told that it's possible that you could see voltage drop if the pulley slips?

I've been told that the belt setup recommended might ...

So do you suggest doing the ground like this:

Hmm...hard for me to picture that right now at work but I assume you mean where the mounting bracket mounts to the block? So take off one of the bolts to the engine mount bracket on the engine and put the ground there?

so the intermittent CRK sensor could be either crank sensor OR cam sensor? If that's the case, I'll just have to examine the sensors/wiring around there and hopefully find something...

thanks for all the suggestions so far...

Does my grounding locations look ok?

I did the engine harness. It is a stock '04 Civic SI engine harness. I just removed the crank sensor plug and put the TSX plus onto it (changed the wiring order on the plug as well to match the TSX crank sensor).

O2 sensor is an RSX Type-S that I purchased from a junk yard.

Just to make sure you ...

Ok, with all the driving I've been doing trying to datalog this, it's happening a lot more now. Definitely need to get this fixed...it bogs quite often even around 3-4k rpm. I'll attach two more datalogs that I was able to capture this morning while driving.

At one point I even threw P1336 CRK ...

Sounds like the ground next to the passenger side engine mount has been left off.

Are you talking about the ground from the rear passenger side of the valve cover to the top of the passenger side strut tower? If so, I have that grounded as well. Here is a pic of my engine bay:

SORRY for the ...

Hmm...ok, I would first suspect my battery then? I'm pretty confident I've got good grounding as that was my original problem. I now have 3 battery cables for grounding in the following locations:
Valve cover to Body (sanded down all body contact points so it's metal to metal contact)
Transmission ...

Forgot to mention fuel pressure was set at 52psi but raised it to 60psi to see if the problem would go away. Still exact same problem...Not sure if that proves it's not a lack of fuel though? (Since I have no way of monitoring fuel pressure while driving since my gauge is in the engine bay...)

Looks like it drops to 12.70V? Not sure if that is bad or not.
At idle, the FPR is set to 52psi fuel pressure.

I have attached my calibration I am currently using as well as the data log when the bog occured. It just happened once for a quick split second and I believe you can see it at cursor ...

For the first questions, I guess I will not be able to find out unless we are on a dyno...I am hoping to schedule another session so we can not only tune with wide band but also be able to monitor the fuel pressure at WOT and high rpms.

Being that the a/f ratio (from datalog) doens't gradually lean ...

Sorry to bring a dead post back...been to two different tuners now and they are unable to get rid of the hesitation.

Joe (aka Jpax) may have talked to you guys already about this. We've spent two street tune sessions together (previously I have also had this tuned on a dyno at Carb Connections who ...

I have been having similar issues. Initially I thought it was just tuning since the TSX stock calibration provided by Hondata states that it needs work on partial throttle. I really noticed the problem when the car is cold but also while driving if I have to play around with the throttle around 1-10 ...
