Hondata Flashpro Unlocked then Locked to a different ECU
I ordered a used Hondata Flashpro for my 2008 Civic Si. It was listed as unlocked, and was indeed unlocked with no security passcodes when I got it. It then locked after I had hooked it up to my car, however it locked to the previous owners ECU and not mine. How does a Flashpro unlock, and then lock ...
