The regular oil pressure sensor is not seen by the ECU and is just a warning light on the dash.

I had a friend of mine seize his d16y8 due to a dented oil pan. The oil pick up was touching the oil pan causing an oil restriction.

You can also check the oil pressure. The engine might not be producing enough oil pressure because of another issue.

Yes I would be worried. The oil light comes on when you have low oil pressure in the engine. Make sure to check you have sufficient oil and that there is nothing wrong with the connector.

Leave the Vtec speed operation to the original value. The Vtec oil pressure switch should be unchecked as you do not have that sensor. select "Built in wideband"

It’s good you ruled out the ECU. Did you check if your car was throwing any codes? Is the fuel pump priming?

Yes, you do not need to connect it and it can be disabled in the calibration file.

I have another question, my k20a3 engine had 2 connectors on the vtec solenoid. The k24a only has 1, is the one on the k20a3 the oil pressure switch? do i need to add that on the k24a from the k20a3 or can i just disable it on Kpro and ...
