Nothing shows up in the device manager when I plug it in

Nothing that says hondata, but when I plug it into the computer the two lights come on green on the hondata, even with the ignition off

Tried a computer with windows xp and now I get the message that the driver updated successfully but I’m still not able to connect. I’m starting to think it’s an issue with the s300

Ok I’ll try to get a different version of windows and I’ll let u know what happens

I honestly have no idea. One was an older windows tablet which I didn’t expect to really work, but the newer one is an asus imaginebook. It has a intel core m3 processor.

I picked up a second hand p06 with a s300 v3. The guy I bought it from says it was working before he sold it to me. I get both green lights when the ignition is turned on but no prompt from the laptop saying that the cable is connected. I tried two different laptops and two different cables. I’m ...
