I was having the same issues after I replaced my capacitors, at first it wouldn’t start, I went back and double checked the solder joints on the capacitor positive lead and added solder to top side of board too to make sure it had good connections. Plugged s300 back it would prime and start but go ...

Did you remove the s300 out of the ecu for whatever reason.
