Re: Overrun cutoff Issues
The wording is quite ambiguous on the option...
The docs here: https://hondata.com/help/kmanager/index.html?closedloopparameters.htm
Tell us that:
Disable fuel over-run cutoff delay - this disables the 0.5 second delay between closing the throttle and the fuel injectors being shut down under ...

Re: Overrun cutoff Issues
So i can confirm that enabling the Disable Fuel Overrun Cutoff checkbox caused my STFT to hit -20% plus and run extremely rich, like 10:1 after every pull. It would clear up after about 5-10 seconds and AF would stabilize. When I unchecked the box the issue stopped happening and runs as expected ...

Re: Overrun cutoff Issues
So last night I decided to make some tweeks to my knock sensitivity (I've got some loud cams) and while I was in there, I figured I would uncheck "Disable fuel over-run cutoff delay" since it didn't seem to be working any way. Looking at the logs I took this morning, I noticed there is no longer a ...

Re: Stock Tuned map - knock in cyl 3
2 knock counts in 25 minutes is not a problem.
Remove 2 degrees timing and see if the knock count changes. If not, then it is some other engine noise that the knock sensor is reading.
Im intrigued by this reply - when you say not a problem, do you mean that 2 knock count under WOT is nothing ...

S2000 (UK) Knock Ignition Limit table vs actual ign
Hi all,
Just after a bit of help if anyone would mind
I am trying to get the ignition under VTEC (6000+) on my AP1 (UK) S2000 FC0c a nice flat line. I understand this may not be the best for power - but for now, all I am trying to do is to get the values to follow those from my Ignition High table ...

Cylinder Ignition Trim
Hello all,
Quick question, is individual cylinder Ignition Trim retard applied all the time, or just when WOT?
I've got a repeatable knock on cylinder #3 at a specific rpm point which I can eliminate by applying a -3 degree retard on cylinder #3 but I would like to know if the retard is applied ...

Re: DC5R Tune review...
Looks to have a LOT of timing, 32 degrees advance at high revs and not much timing at VTEC crossover
I've got a similar setup and mine doesn't like more than 26/27 ign advance up top, whereas it seems to like it lower down.
Also your tune still has the stock 310cc injector calibration, not tuned ...

Re: Throttle tip in rich dip
Yes, I have used the drop down menu for Honda RDX 410cc injectors, which my car is using.
Just to confirm - the TPS Not Moving is just for fine tuning tip in fuel compensation when revving at idle?
Thank you

Throttle tip in rich dip
Hello,
I'm trying to fine tune my car now that I am happy with the fuel tables being correct, within a few % in most cells, I am still getting issues with two types of tip in throttle giving me a rich dip
Throttle tip in during acceleration
and
Throttle tip in during a throttle blip / heel & toe ...

What's the benefit of having it checked Vs unchecked? It's currently unchecked and seems to be ok? Just curious

Re: VTC Cam Angle Not Always Hitting Target
Can I ask also on this topic, should I have the VTEC oil pressure switch enabled on a stock k20a?
It's disabled currently and I'm not sure?
Thanks

Re: VTC Cam Angle Not Always Hitting Target
Thanks for getting back to me again :)
I've attached the logs and map
This map is locked at 50degrees cam advance throughout to test out the best cam angle on dyno, but as you can see in the log, it didnt quite hit 50deg?

VTC Cam Angle Not Always Hitting Target
Hello all,
Just a quick question regarding the VTC cam angles..
My Cam Angle High is set so that when in VTEC my VTC cam angle is 50degrees
However, on some datalogs it achieves 50 degrees and stays there, other time it will only get to 46/47degrees and not the full 50?
Is there a reason for ...

Re: Car almost stalls when depressing clutch
It's hard to say because the Kpro was installed at the same time. I'd say it is map related though as fueling changes have made it worse
