Okay, If I take the Kpro board (I call it Kpro board A) which is from the ecu of the customer's car (RSX A) and put it in the ecu from RSX B. Everything works fine. I can upload/change/datalog/start car B.

Additional obvervation:

When problem 1 happen (car jerks back and fore during very little throttle cruise), the igition seems to be steady (at 40 degree whole time) and the cam and cam command go up slowly like from 8 degree to 15 degree.

I check my datalog. Due to belt slippage, i only get like 6psi in high cam on a 9 psi pulley. With 550cc injectors,
at 8200rpm --> 80% of the injectors duty cycle
at 8700rpm --> 90% of the injectors duty cycle

I though the AF cmd will still change to 12.5:1 under high load even in closed loop.

There is something that I don't understand. Hopefully, some of you are clarify it for me.

In the k-pro software, under "closed loop" tab, i can set of Max. map for closed loop rite. If i set it to be really high, like 100 kPa, the ECU should always run in closed loop. So my question is why can't ...
