Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2
UPDATE: I found my issue was wiring it took a while the car sat for a bit but it was bad wiring from the time one of the wires was pinched which caused it to break.

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2
I am located in Ontario, I will start with the TPS and go from there, the previous owner said that the owner before him had replaced it with a 2010 because his car wasn’t starting.

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2
The is probably what happened, why I'm not sure I can ask the previous owner if he or the guy before him had it swapped I will ask and then update the thread, I just wanna not to spend the 250 on a ecu if my problem is really just wiring or a relay I've run a test and they seem fine, it's also going ...

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2
Yes that is right I sent the feedback through the flashpro, I’m not blaming anyone or anything but myself I just wanna make that clear, but I wanna make sure I have the right ecu, because I noticed the flashpro is separating the 2006 model from the 2007-2011, but I’ve have read from the replies that ...

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2
The DTC code p1658, I’m not blaming Hondata at all? Im trying to narrow down my problems so I’m not dumping a bunch of money into the car, if it’s a bad ecu then it’s a bad ecu, but I was trying to reflash the ecu to stock but stock shows up as a 2007-2011, that’s why I am confused because I have a ...

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2
I just reflashed the car back to stock and it is running with the light on still which is a big step, but I’ve cleared to code and shut it off for a while to see what happens, I really wanna keep and use the Hondata, so if I have to buy a 2006 ecu and replace mine can I still use it as long as it is ...

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2
I have no VSA disable button, I used a photo for reference and can’t find that or the lights, when I did a car fax the car came back as a 2006, although if I flash it as a 2007 which is the stock option it will not start? Which makes me think I’m having a bigger issue then I thought I was having

Hello there!
