The fact reverting from 4.6.5 to 4.6.4 and getting the vehicle to behave again got me into further troubleshooting and thinking somehow the upgrade must have corrupted something in the software.

Upon this, i fully uninstalled 4.6.4, cleaned up of related system folders, rebooted system ...

Can we have more details about what was changed with ethanol with FK8s?? Any chance something buggy with this version?

Behavior resembles OEM TC kicking in aggressively since you dont have TC enabled.
BUT regardless i would start by fixing that AirFuel table bro, that is just wayyyyyyyyyy too rich!

Will increasing these tables closer to 0, cos they're negative values. free up more power/hit closer to desired values on "tuned" tables like throttle torque,AirC%, ignition & PA#tables?

Yes, it appears its not available in FK8s at the moment.

However FL5s did gain that table. I am assuming its just an error on the coding part and the Team can re-enable it for FK8s on the next ...

Tune is a Pro tune from FK8TD, so it is a locked calibration file. I believe John has also reached out to you and the team.

I supply my customers with UNLOCKED & UNHIDDEN tunes ...

The extreme lag is a result of a bug on v4.5.3 where after a flash VTCs are "stuck" in full advance or retard state. Already got the logs from customers and caught that bug.
Flashing same calibration with v4.5 5 released today seems to resolve it.

I can confirm.
I have datalogs from multiple cars (FK8/FL5) showing upon COLD START ( ECT = IAT), the Fuel Pressure (blend) is the one being used in the first 30-60s

Also, due note the RPM index on the 17-18 as shown above, differ and indicate 1800 rpm instead of 2000rpm
