I have resolved my interrogation, I have localised the engine oil temps sensor on my car and it is probably not mont on your US version.
I find it on the french part list but not in your US part list.

Effectively the wiring diagram and the part list doesn't mensionned any oil temperature sensor but I have found 3 temperatures sensors with the HDS, ect1, ect2 and potential oil sensors.
