How? When I reflashed my ecu I disabled my secondary o2 and have now unchecked every box in closed loop except split injections at the top and am still throwing codes, unsure what else to disable?

Hi just installed a prl dp & AWE exhaust and am now throwing P0136 & P0140 even after I refreshed with the hondata update from Oct 3. I've unchecked all of the boxes in closed loop except split injection & the bottom codes for fuel enrich, any help would be great cause this is throwing a cel & rev ...
