I’m referring to Kpro input settings. My other non supported sensors are just raw voltage. If I pull that I know the AEM can convert it. I don’t think I need the pull up resistor is that just required for the recommended sensors?

Re: Haltech Pressure Temp Analog input
I do not think this will work as you want. You will be much better off using the recommended sensors with part numbers in the help file.
The AEM CD-7 pulls the analog channels over CAN. I already use the AEM Wideband which was easy. I also have custom surge tank sensors wired in for full and ...

Haltech Pressure Temp Analog input
I have a Pressure Temp in 1 sensor from Haltech.
If anyone is interested it is a Bosch Sensor from 2016-2021 Mazda CX-9 But you have to buy it from Haltech to get the pigtail
Anyhow, as seen in the attached picture the graph value supplied by Haltech is not 1:1 The Values in custom inputs only ...

Solved
Someone put a ep3 manifold mated to a RSX throttle body. Not naming names but the MAP port was blocked. Zero vac

MAP sensor issue broken ECU?
Finally started up the car after almost of year of prepping.
Having a super rich issue car ran fine before sending the ECU in.
Checking sensors while not running my map sensor reads 0 vac.(0.5 To 1.5) positive.
This valve does not change when started.
When disconnected registers at 11.0

Re: Fan control B6
Confirmed bad component.
Ordering from mouser for $1.50
Pin 4 is active at 5v using pin 3 as a ground.
The pins 5 and 6 are tied together as an output and should have continuity to pin 3 when active.
5v present
Pin 3 to 5/6 are not connected.
Wish me luck
PS pins 7/8 are the outputs for the ...

Re: Fan control B6
I am pretty resourceful sending to a friend whom is an EE for a well known medical device company.
Has access to a Mantis microscope.
This is what I traced so far. Looks like the B6 trace goes through the layers of the board to this IC output.
Simple enough to replace this IC.
Not my first rodeo ...

Fan control B6
I have spent the better part of the last 2 months rewiring this car. We started the build in Oct 2019. Stripped down and fully rebuilt.
My supplied ground for the fan control is dead.
It appears that the circuit is dead is there any way to repair this?
OBD1 and through hole components were so much ...

Re: Voltage drop for Inputs and set up
The surge tank has a micro processor and OP amp switching the signal at a clean 12v
I will try this and measure result before connection
I assume this setup will work as the CD-7 dash will handle the warnings and monitor the level

Voltage drop for Inputs and set up
Long story short:
I have a Surge Tank with sensors for full and empty to notify driver to activate surge pump.
Sensors send 12v+ 1 watt power signal when completed circuit is submerged in fuel. When voltage drops to 0v the sensor says you are out of fuel no longer completing the circuit.
