I’ve also dug out an old laptop today with windows 7 on it, installed, checked drivers are installed correctly but still the “register button” is greyed out and inaccessible so I can’t fill in my details. That’s what I’m trying to fill in so I connect the module but the whole register owner window is greyed out and won’t let me enter my details?

Okay can you point me in the direction of the register button as all I can see is “register owners” which is in the sub folder “flash pro”?

My laptops are connected to the internet, that’s how I downloaded the software. I select “flash pro” then “registered owner” but that part is greyed out and won’t let you fill in your details. If I d connect via USB it crashes the software and prompts a “Not responding” message on the program window?
