I have the same app. I have a 2012 civic si and it says hp200 and 186tq. All stock and I did a Hondata reflash

Knock#3 is 2
Knock#4 is 4
1and2 is 0

I’m new to this. I just got my Flashpro and I uploaded stock reflash. I’m just wondering because I need to disconnect my battery. Do I need to unplug the Flashpro? And when I put everything back do I need to program the Flashpro again to my car?
