Update I swapped out VTC solenoid valve with no luck. I did try another ECU and I was able to command 10 degrees and it worked, but this ECU was on Ktuner. Is it possible that either my ECU or the Kpro board is bad and would there be a way to determine this?

Well, I just put a stethoscope to the VTC solenoid and when I command 10 degrees I can hear it energize/click but its like a on/off switch instead of a PWM duty cycle like it should be. When I command 10 degrees I hear it click on, and then I command 0 degrees and I hear it click off. I tested it ...

I'm using the inputs, B6 and D12, the voltage is working and changing with temperature but the voltage to value conversion does not seem to be working as it does not change in correspondence.

In the "Sensors" window where it displays Analog1 and Analog2 if I right click and select properties it opens up the "Sensor Settings" Window where I can change the units for both Analog1 and Analog2
