It was working fine for days after the install. And I've seen s300 installed on automatics

Sorry in advance but I have an automatic trans.
I have a 99 honda prelude base
Installed a p28 ecu with the s300 now I'm getting a blinking D4 meaning there's a trans malfunction but my trans is fine.

Question is how do i delete the code? Obd2 scanner doesn't work anymore and it doesn't come up on ...
