Is there any kind of adjustment on the intake manifold runner control solenoid? I noticed the top of it rotated and it may have gotten moved during the install.

No, no MIL or DTC's I just checked with Digimoto. It runs fine other than the initial bog. I'm baffled. Could the smoothing of the manifold be causing problems? All I did was get rid of the gunk that was in the manifold.
